4. Legal basis and consent

We process your data with your consent, given when you accept this notice at sign-up, and to perform the contract in the Terms & Conditions. Visitors give consent when they submit a card's form.

5. Transfers and processors

We use cloud infrastructure and payment providers that may be located outside Mexico (e.g., the United States or the European Union). They act as processors and only handle data to provide their service to us. Leads left by visitors are shared with the card owner, who is responsible for their use. We do not sell your data.

8. Competent authority

If you believe your data protection rights were violated, you may contact Mexico's competent data protection authority (the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, which took over the former INAI's functions).
